1. 送紙臺采用不銹鋼材質，硬度好，不生銹 The paper feeding table is made of stainless steel material, with good hardness and no rust.

HOT STAMPING DEPARTMENT 燙金部 

1. 縱向送箔系統，采用同步帶驅動，精準無誤差 Longitudinal foil feeding system, driven by synchronous belt, precision very high, no error. 

2. 機構設計在縱向送箔后方，保證了燙金收箔平整收集。 The institutional design is located behind the vertical foil feeding, ensuring smooth collection of foil .

 3. 搖動手輪加熱板左右可以移動，以便更快速的找準需要燙金的位置 Shake the handwheel can move the heating plate left and right,can quickly position of hot stamping place . 

4. 采用 L 型直角推規方式，使紙張定位更加準確，滿足不同印刷套準要求 Adopting an L-shaped right angle push gauge to make paper positioning more accurate and meet different printing register requirements.

 5. 主軸采用 1.5KW 的伺服電機驅動，四立柱的結構設計使燙金更加穩定，不易傾斜，主軸軸芯高頻淬火深度達 0.5 毫米，表面鍍硬鉻，經久耐磨 The spindle is driven by a 1.5KW servo motor, and the four column structural design makes the hot stamping more stable and less prone to tilting. The high-frequency quenching depth of the spindle core reaches 0.5 millimeters, and the surface is plated with hard chromium, which is durable and wear-resistant.

1.人機互動觸摸功能可設置不同的長拉與短拉； Human-computer interactive touch function can set different long and short pulls. 

2.如金箔長度短于 10cm 將觸發警報； If the length of the gold foil is shorter than 10cm, an alarm will be triggered.

 3.計算機處理金箔監控系統顯示剩余及已用金箔長度； Computerized gold foil monitoring system displays remaining and used gold foil lengths
